Refund policy
At ThemCurves, we take pride in delivering premium shapewear bodysuit clothing that goes through strict quality checks before reaching you. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we do provide size-based exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
Is the product returnable?
No. Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, size exchanges are available.
Can the product be exchanged or replaced?
Yes, under the following conditions:
- Size Exchange: If your bodysuit doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange for a different size.
- Damaged or Defective Product: If you receive a defective item, we will send a replacement. Please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing hello@themcurves.in along with an unboxing video as proof.
How does the exchange process work?
- Email hello@themcurves.in with your order number and the new size you require.
- Once reviewed and approved, you’ll need to pay a ₹200 exchange fee (covers reverse pickup + re-shipping).
- This fee is non-refundable except if you need to self-ship due to a non-serviceable pin code.
- Our delivery partner will arrange a pickup of the original item.
- After inspection, we’ll ship your replacement bodysuit.
Note:
If reverse pickup is not possible at your location, you will need to self-ship the product back to us. In such cases, the ₹200 fee will be refunded to you.
What if my required size is out of stock?
- You can wait for a restock or opt for store credit of equal value.
- If the requested size is not listed on our website, we cannot process the exchange or offer a refund.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds are not available for returns or exchanges.
- In the case of a defective product, we will provide store credit of the same value, usable for future purchases.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as we process them immediately to ensure quick delivery.
